AM Hand Hygiene Dispensers

My&Clean® is a device that allows a safe, contamination-free gloved hand sanitization. The sanitizer is supplied directly from the 1L bottle inside the device. In this way there is no cross-contamination due to the passage between the operator's hands. The sterility of the sanitizer is guaranteed by the bottle itself, as the original packaging is not modified during the placement in the housing and its use in the device. A photocell placed on the device, detecs the presence of a gloved hand at a specific distance from the spraying nozzle. The number of supplies can be set, in compliance with what estabilished in the company SOPs (from 1 to 4). Moreover, there are visual and acustic alarms, to signal the success/failure of the disinfection process, absence of the bottle and open door.

My&Clean+® is a system that allows to register all the gloved hand disinfection processes, their correct execution and frequency. In case of unsuccessful supply, it signals also the eventual necessity to repeat the process. The sanitizer is supplied directly from the 1 L bottle inside the device. In this way there is no cross-contamination due to the passage between the operator's hands.

The sterility of the sanitizer is guaranteed by the bottle itself, as the original packaging is not modified during the placement in the housing and its use in the device.

The number of supplies can be set, in compliance with what estabilished in the company SOPs (from 1 to 10). Moreover, there are visual and acustic alarms, to signal the success/failure of the disinfection process,absence of the bottle, low sanitizer and open door.

My&Clean+® can be installed on one or more devices (that can be monitored by a remote workstation).

The device detecs the operator's data, convalidates and records the disinfection operations without any contact with the instrument. It is possible to view and create reports. The package also contains 5 silicone bracelets for operator recognition (size M).

My&Clean+® Station is a central control console to manage all the My&Clean+® installed devices in the network.

With the console it is possible to:

- setup and manage operators

- setup the disinfection SOP parameters: setup the number of sprays, frequency and waiting time.

- check the sanitizer level installed in each device

- review the data record set for each device

- verify the status of each device (warning, sanitizer expiration status, mechanical malfunctioning)

- generate reports

The station stores the data from each device installed in the network. The database includes all the events occurred with the operator ID. The events are sorted by date starting from the most recent.

Applying filters, it is possible to select specific dataset according to:

- time frame

- device ID

- operator ID

- type of event

The console can be installed everywhere inside the company via TCP/IP connection to the facility LAN. Furthermore, it is possible to review data from any device (PC, tablet, smart phone) connected to the LAN thanks to a WEB server embedded.

Stainless steel AISI 304 BA hands-free dispenser. Designed for wall-mounting and fitting most of the European 1-litre trigger sprays on the market. The elongated lever allows operators to disinfect their gloved hands, by using the arm or the elbow, avoiding any cross-contamination. Easily sanitizable and suitable for autoclaving.
